The unique blend of spices and peppers used in ALLEGRO Hot & Spicy has its origin in Deep South "Cajun" country. Our formulation was developed with the delicate passion of a heated blend of peppers and a traditionally inspired mixture of French flavors.

Peppers have been carefully selected to deliver the heat and "tang" of the Cajun connection without an intensely hot or bitter aftertaste. Numerous blends of these key ingredients were taste-tested in our kitchens (and others) to arrive at this special composition of the Old South that delivers satisfaction for those of you anticipating the subtle heat of your chosen entree. For additional heat quality, marinate longer than usual and/or cook with the marinade as a basting sauce.
