Wilted Red Cabbage Salad

- 1/2 head finely shredded red cabbage
- 1/2 large red onion, cut fine julienne
- 1/4 cup toasted walnuts
- 4 Tbsp Allegro Vintage Balsamic Vinegar Marinade
- 3 oz red wine vinegar
- 2 oz salad oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Place cabbage, onion, and walnuts in bowl.
- Place marinade, vinegar, oil, and pepper in saucepan and bring to boil.
- Immediately pour over salad and toss until well covered and wilted. Serve immediately.
