Raspberry Maitre D'Hotel Butter

- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp Allegro Vintage Raspberry Chipotle Marinade
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Cream butter or margarine well.
- Add Allegro Vintage Raspberry Chipotle Marinade, parsley, and seasonings. Mix well.
- Turn onto wax paper, form into log and roll inside waxed paper to form a log about an inch in diameter. Refrigerate until well chilled.
- To serve, slice into half-inch pats.
