Jalapeno Chicken with Peppered Bacon

  1. Cut jalapeno peppers in half and remove seeds.
  2. Roll chicken breast around 1-2 halves of jalapeno peppers. Roll peppered bacon around outside of chicken breast and hold together with toothpicks through the bacon and into jalapeno peppers. Add additional black pepper if desired.
  3. Marinate breasts in Allegro Game Tame for minimum of 4 hours to overnight in plastic or glass bowl.
  4. Sear on grill until color is dark. Lower heat and cook until done. Servings 1 breast for average person.
  5. I have also cooked for large groups on jobs with Nesco cooker. Cooked slow for 2-1/2 hours in juice.
  6. If marinating in plastic bags, I recommend using blunt-ended toothpicks from Cracker Barrel.
