Allegro Balsamic Filets

Ingredients

  • 2 cleaned filet mignon steaks (6 oz each)
  • Allegro Vintage Balsamic Vinegar Marinade
  • 6 oz cooked fresh whole wheat fettuccine pasta

Directions

  1. Marinate filets in Allegro Vintage Balsamic Vinegar Marinade for 30 minutes.
  2. Broil steaks to desired doneness.
  3. Place oil and fresh marinade in pan, toss and heat cooked pasta.
  4. Place pasta on plate and arrange cooked steak on top.
