Allegro Balsamic Filets

- 2 cleaned filet mignon steaks (6 oz each)
- Allegro Vintage Balsamic Vinegar Marinade
- 6 oz cooked fresh whole wheat fettuccine pasta
- Marinate filets in Allegro Vintage Balsamic Vinegar Marinade for 30 minutes.
- Broil steaks to desired doneness.
- Place oil and fresh marinade in pan, toss and heat cooked pasta.
- Place pasta on plate and arrange cooked steak on top.
