You don't need to salt the brisket, we find the taste with this recipe just fine.
You can add red peppers to give it a nice "kick!"
You can serve the brisket on hoagie rolls and dip the rolls in the cooked juices.
And the best part: When no one is watching, you can steal a plain slice or two!!
