Labor Day 2020: Celebrate safely with Allegro

Celebrating Labor Day cooking

Labor Day has been a national American holiday since President Grover Cleveland signed it into law in 1894. Held on the first Monday of September each year, Labor Day was created from the labor movement in the late 1800’s as a holiday to celebrate the American worker. Although the modern Labor Day Holiday focuses less on organized labor as it originally did, the holiday has become an American celebration to the end of summer, and a traditional barbecuing day for most Americans.
