Chuck Roast
Ingredients
- 2–3 lb Chuck roast
- Allegro Vintage Soy & Lime Marinade
Directions
- Place roast in plastic zipper bag in pan or deep bowl in refrigerator. Marinate overnight, turning occasionally.
- Place roast in dutch oven and cover with marinade. Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
- Cook 4–6 hours until tender.
