West TN Spicy Chicken and Bowtie Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 package of skinless boneless chicken breast
  • 1 box or pkg of bowtie pasta
  • 1 jar of Allegro Hot & Spicy or Allegro Original Marinade
  • 1 jar of already prepared Alfredo sauce (i.e., Ragu brand, etc.) with sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Boil chicken in water, reserve broth.
  2. After cooked, take out and cut up in bite-size pieces.
  3. Cook pasta in reserved broth, drain.
  4. Toss pasta with the cut chicken bite-size pieces, sun-dried tomato Alfredo sauce, 1/3 cup of marinade or to your taste, and 1 cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese. Serve with french bread.
