West TN Spicy Chicken and Bowtie Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 package of skinless boneless chicken breast
- 1 box or pkg of bowtie pasta
- 1 jar of Allegro Hot & Spicy or Allegro Original Marinade
- 1 jar of already prepared Alfredo sauce (i.e., Ragu brand, etc.) with sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Boil chicken in water, reserve broth.
- After cooked, take out and cut up in bite-size pieces.
- Cook pasta in reserved broth, drain.
- Toss pasta with the cut chicken bite-size pieces, sun-dried tomato Alfredo sauce, 1/3 cup of marinade or to your taste, and 1 cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese. Serve with french bread.
