Hickory-Roasted Pecans
Ingredients
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons Allegro Hickory Smoke Marinade
- ground cayenne pepper to taste (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- Mix oil, Allegro Marinade and pepper (if desired) in mixing bowl.
- Add pecans and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread nuts evenly onto baking pan and roast 15-20 minutes or until done.
- Stir or toss every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking. Serve warm or hot.
