Dave’s Low-Cal Dip and/or Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 24 ounces large-curd cottage cheese
- 4 ounces Allegro Original or Hot & Spicy Marinade
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 0-4 ounces buttermilk (0 for thick dip—4 for salad dressing)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 4 ounces freshly crumbled bleu cheese
Directions
- Beat all ingredients except blue cheese, leaving good amount of curd showing.
- Fold in bleu cheese
