  1. Place dove breasts in plastic zipper bag in deep bowl. Pour on Game Tame Marinade, reserving 3/4 cup. Close bag and marinate 6–8 hours or overnight under refrigeration.
  2. Drain meat.
  3. In a dutch oven or heavy skillet on top of stove, brown dove slightly in butter. When browned lightly, add enough water to keep from burning, cover and cook for about 1 hour.
  4. When almost done, add reserved marinade. Cook about 20 minutes longer, then remove meat.
  5. Add blended flour and sour cream to the gravy, stir and let thicken. Return meat to gravy and heat.
