- 1-1/2 lbs meat, cut in cubes
- Fresh mushrooms, whole
- Green pepper, cut in wedges
- Onion, cut in wedges
- Marinate meat in Allegro Vintage Balsamic Vinegar Marinade in a plastic zipper bag for 2 hours under refrigeration.
- During the last half hour add vegetables to zipper bag to marinate.
- Drain meat and vegetables.
- Thread meat and vegetables onto skewers and grill over medium coals 15–30 minutes, turning often and brushing with marinade.
