  1. Place roast in plastic zipper bag in pan or deep bowl in refrigerator. Marinate overnight, turning occasionally.
  2. Place roast in dutch oven and cover with marinade. Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
  3. Cook 4–6 hours until tender.
