Marinated Chops of Antelope, Goat, or Bighorn Sheep
Ingredients
- Allegro Game Tame Marinade
- 8 Chops
- ½ Cup butter or cooking oil
Directions
- Marinate chops in shallow pan or plastic bag in Game Tame Marinade for 4–5 hours under refrigeration.
- Remove chops from marinade; grill or pan fry in butter to desired doneness, turning once.
