Best Duck & Goose Jerky
- Ready in: 4 or 5 hours
- Serves: 2
- Complexity: very easy
- Slice 4-6 duck or goose breasts in 1/8” slices cross grain. Helps if breast in still somewhat frozen.
- Place in gallon zip bag, and pour in one bottle of Allegro Hot & Spicy Marinade. Marinate for 24-48 hours.
- Place in dehydrator until dry. Mine takes 4-5 hours.
