Directions

  1. Slice 4-6 duck or goose breasts in 1/8” slices cross grain. Helps if breast in still somewhat frozen.
  2. Place in gallon zip bag, and pour in one bottle of Allegro Hot & Spicy Marinade. Marinate for 24-48 hours.
  3. Place in dehydrator until dry. Mine takes 4-5 hours.

    THIS IS THE REAL STUFF TO SOAK BRISKET IN BEFORE SMOKING. SOAK 24 HRS. TURNING OFTEN. HADN'T TRIED THE GOLD BUCKLE BRISKET MARINADE YET NO ONE AROUND HERE CARRIES IT.
